At WoodSolution.in, we are committed to delivering quality hardware and furniture fittings. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Return Policy (General Products)

Due to the nature of hardware fittings, installation-sensitive products, and bulk usage items, most products sold on WoodSolution.in are non-returnable once delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

  1. Used or installed products
  2. Damaged due to improper installation
  3. Change of mind after delivery
  4. Wrong product ordered by customer
  5. Minor color / finish variation due to lighting


2. Eligible for Return / Replacement

We only accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

✔ Product received is damaged during transit

✔ Product received is defective

✔ Wrong product delivered


3. Reporting Timeline

  1. Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Clear unboxing video and product photos are mandatory for claim approval.
  3. Without proper proof, claims may not be processed.

4. Inspection & Approval

  1. Once the complaint is received, our team will verify the issue.
  2. If approved, we will arrange replacement or refund.
  3. WoodSolution.in reserves the right to reject claims if product is found misused or damaged after delivery.


5. Refund Process

If refund is approved:

  1. Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  2. Refund timeline: 5–10 working days (depending on bank/payment gateway).
  3. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


6. Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  2. Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
  3. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.


7. Bulk / Special Orders

  1. Bulk purchases or customized/special order items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.


8. Important Note for Customers

We strongly recommend:

  1. Checking product specifications carefully before ordering
  2. Consulting carpenter/installer before purchase
  3. Recording full unboxing video without pause

This helps in smooth claim processing.
